Privacy Policy

This policy explains the baseline privacy practices for the Run Up Studio website. Individual products may publish additional notices before collecting account data, photos, voice, health-related observations, or payment information.

Effective date: July 20, 2026 · Account service update: July 21, 2026 · Analytics disclosure update: October 3, 2026

Information we may collect

Depending on the feature you use, we may receive information you submit directly, such as your name, email address, support message, waitlist request, account details, product files, photos, voice input, or transaction identifiers.

For account creation and sign-in, the active authentication service processes your email address, encrypted password credentials, verification status, session identifiers, and security events. Run Up Studio does not receive your readable password.

We may also receive limited technical information needed to operate and protect the service, such as device type, browser, approximate network information, error logs, and security events.

How information is used

Information may be used to provide requested features, maintain accounts, respond to support requests, improve reliability, prevent abuse, process verified purchases, and meet legal obligations.

We do not claim that every listed data type is currently collected. Product interfaces must disclose what is active before collection begins.

Website analytics

We use Cloudflare Web Analytics to understand aggregate website traffic and performance. It does not use cookies and does not track visitors across different websites. We do not use advertising trackers on this site.

The analytics script is added by our hosting provider to the live website; it is not included in local previews. This disclosure describes website analytics, not any separate account or product data processing described in this policy.

Sensitive content

Some products may involve face photos, skin observations, microphone input, transcripts, or other sensitive material. Those products must publish product-specific storage, retention, deletion, and access information before production use.

SkinVisor is not a diagnostic service. Streaming Translator should not be relied on for emergency, legal, medical, or other high-stakes interpretation.

Service providers

We use Supabase for account authentication and may use other infrastructure, analytics, email, AI-processing, hosting, and payment providers. These providers process information for the services they supply and according to their terms and applicable agreements.

Payment card details should be entered on the hosted checkout provider's page rather than stored directly by Run Up Studio.

Retention and deletion

Information should be kept only for as long as needed for the stated purpose, legal obligations, dispute handling, security, or product operation. Retention periods may differ by product and will be documented as systems become active.

You may request access, correction, or deletion by contacting us. Some records may need to be retained where required by law or for legitimate fraud and transaction records.

Your choices

  • Do not submit optional information you do not want processed.
  • Sign out when using a shared device.
  • Use account deletion or export controls when they are available.
  • Contact us to request access, correction, or deletion.
  • Disable non-essential browser storage through your browser settings.

This is a baseline website policy, not a substitute for product-specific disclosures. Before a product begins collecting sensitive or paid-user data, its actual implementation and notices must be reviewed together.
