All tracks should be consolidated or bounced from the start point of your song and be of the same duration, sample rate, and bit depth. Please double-check your audio files before uploading to ensure they are the correct placement and length.
Yes, you are allowed one set of revisions on your mastered track. If you need your track mastered within two days, you can choose the “FAST TRACK” option for an additional fee of 20GBP, but please note that we cannot always guarantee 48-hour delivery if you choose a specific engineer. If this is the case, we will contact you promptly to resolve the situation.
You can have one of our experienced engineers mix your track using a console in the studio, including the use of various vintage/modern analog and digital equipment.
Yes, we can work with stems. However, please note that stems will be charged as separate tracks, and we cannot accept stems that have effects or processing printed to them.
