Terms of Service

You may use publicly available pages for lawful personal or business purposes. You must not interfere with service operation, bypass access controls, misuse automated requests, introduce malicious code, or use the services to violate another person's rights.

Some future features may require an account. When account access is enabled, you are responsible for accurate registration information, reasonable credential security, and activity performed through your account.

Account creation does not guarantee permanent access to a beta, feature, price, or product.

Beta and development products may be incomplete, change without notice, contain errors, lose compatibility, or be discontinued. Do not rely on a beta as the only copy of important data or as a substitute for professional services.

You retain ownership of content you submit. You grant Run Up Studio the limited permission needed to process that content solely to operate the requested feature, protect the service, provide support, and comply with law.

You must have the right to upload or process the content you submit.

AI-generated or AI-assisted output may be incomplete, inaccurate, or unsuitable. You are responsible for reviewing output before publishing, purchasing, communicating, making decisions, or relying on it.

High-stakes medical, legal, financial, emergency, and safety decisions require qualified human review.

When paid products become available, the price, billing period, included access, taxes, and renewal terms will be shown before checkout. A payment is not considered successful merely because a browser displays a success screen; access depends on server-side payment confirmation.

Refund eligibility is described in the Refund Policy and any product-specific checkout terms.

The Run Up Studio name, site design, product interfaces, original music, artwork, software, and written material are protected by applicable intellectual-property laws. These terms do not grant permission to copy, resell, impersonate, or redistribute protected materials except where a product license explicitly allows it.

We may limit, suspend, or discontinue access to protect users, maintain security, comply with law, address misuse, or change a product. Users may stop using the services at any time.

Services are provided on an “as available” basis to the extent permitted by law. We do not promise uninterrupted operation or that every output will be accurate. Nothing in these terms excludes rights or liabilities that cannot legally be excluded.
